Hello....in this article we will discuss again trading strategies using Vfxalert PRO signals. It often happens that the fact of one point above or below the opening price closes the trade in profit. 2. Stochastic Oscillator Indicator

The stochastic Oscillator indicator will assess the current balance between buyers and sellers, the predictor is above the level of 80 - the end of the trend(overbought), below 20 - the end of (oversold).

3. Vfxalert PRO Signals

This Vfxalert PRO signal is very important for us to confirm the two indicators and the current market price (up/down) before we make a purchase.

Binary Options Signals

Once again, we remind you that options are opened when the current trend ends with a confirmed price reversal. It is therefore important to use the Vfxalert signal in this case.

CALL: The price rises from the lower limit or the middle line of the Bollinger band indicator, while the stochastic indicator must be above the zero level or the oversold area. And the Vfxalert signal in the 5M term should point upwards.

PUT: Opposite conditions: a reversal descending from the upper limit or the middle line of the Bollinger Bands indicator, the stochastic indicator is below zero or overbought, and the Vfxalert signal in the 5M term should show downwards.

We can open a trade on the next candle after the binary signal. Use expiration time should be not less than 5-7 minutes even though the working time frame is chosen from minutes. For more details, you can see the image below:

Recommendations on how to use

If the price and Stochastic start moving in one direction - we can open a position
the corridor must be at least 30-40 points, otherwise, the option will not be profitable, even if the Vfxalert signal points in the right direction.
Monitor binary trading platforms to release fundamental (important) news and statistics.
Do not open options immediately after the publication of fundamental news and statistics.
Close the current transaction 15-20 minutes before publication
Do so if the broker allows to close the option before expiration, (even if it is in profit) on the appearance of the opposite signal.

The strategies we discussed represent a conservative scalping system that is quite reliable for trading in a stable market. The parameters of the trading tool can be changed according to the current volatility. And I also remind you that the most profitable binary options signals will only be in trend areas.
